課程概述 |
本課程之教學目標為期使學生有系統的瞭解「優良臨床試驗規範、法規與研究倫理等相關議題，以及臨床研究護理師所扮演的角色與功能」，並增強其認同護理專業的主體性，讓新的醫療科技或臨床試驗的成果兼具科學的精準與人性化的臨床應用，提升臨床試驗與研究之品質。 |

課程目標 |
期使學生能夠
1.瞭解臨床研究護理師在臨床試驗規範下的角色與功能與基本職責。
2.瞭解執行臨床試驗或研究之合作組織或單位的組織運作。
3.具備保護受試者權益與安全的倫理思辯能力。
4.反思以受試者為中心的道德價值觀與研究倫理衝突。
5.瞭解溝通理論與技能於臨床試驗或研究情境，並完成知情同意說明。

課程要求 |
1.課室成績
●專題報告（口頭占40；書面占40％）
報告專題為研究護理師與研究團隊與臨床護理人員之角色分工與協調、研究護理師之福利、研究護理師於臨床研究之倫理困境及知情同意與自主性等。每人進行50分鐘。將討論專題相關文獻統整口頭報告20分鐘，文獻實際應用於臨床實習所遇到之問題與處理方式之討論30分鐘，由報告同學負責引導討論。
